2-year material defect warranty
Every Wrought case is covered for 2 years against defects in materials or workmanship — things like a seam that separates on its own, a finish that fails structurally without cause, or a shell that cracks under normal, non-abusive use. This is a defect warranty, not an accident policy.
What isn't covered
Physical abuse is not covered — that includes damage from drops beyond normal use, intentional damage, cutting or puncturing the material, exposure to extreme heat, or damage from chemicals and solvents. Cosmetic changes that are expected material behavior (leather darkening, copper developing patina, wood grain becoming more visible) are not defects and are not covered — they're the material doing what it does.
The upgrade transfer
Phones get upgraded more often than cases wear out. So when you move to a new device, whatever warranty period you have left on your current case transfers to a 30% discount on a replacement case in your new phone's size, in the same finish or a different one — your choice. The discount applies once per remaining warranty period and requires the original order reference.
How to make a claim
Contact us with your order reference and a description (and, where possible, photos) of the issue. We'll confirm whether it qualifies as a material defect under this policy and, if so, arrange a replacement.
